The travel insurance plan covers specific delays outside of your control such as delays of 5 hours or more caused by a common carrier, lost/stolen passport or travel documents, strike, Natural Disaster at the departure or Destination, civil disorder, hijacking, breakdown of Owned or Rented Vehicle en route to a departure, or if the Insured is delayed due to a traffic accident while en route to a departure as substantiated by a police report.
