Cruise Exchange Cancellations
Any Points and/or Deposit Trading Power exchanged for cruise transactions will be subject to a limited grace period where by any cruise transaction cancelled by the close of business the following day may be eligible for a full refund of any Points and/or Deposit Trading Power exchanged. After the close of business the following day, all Points and/or Deposit Trading Power exchanged will be forfeited in the event of a change or cancellation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any cruise transaction is made within three days of the date of travel, such transaction is final and no grace period will apply to the exchanged Points and/or Deposit Trading Power. Any other amounts paid, whether by cash (by debit card) or credit, will be subject to the cancellation policy of the cruise provider and will not be subject to any grace period. In the event that a sailing is cancelled by a cruise line, members will be eligible to be refunded Trading Power and/or Points.
