Let’s say you can’t find the vacation you are looking for. With an Ongoing Search, you tell us your parameters (such as dates, destinations, even specific resorts) and we will continue searching for you 24/7. As new inventory becomes available, we match Ongoing Searches with this new inventory before it is made available on RCI.com. Once a match is found, we will notify you to either confirm the exchange or release it and continue to search for another option.

To start an Ongoing Search, the Exchange Fee must be paid upfront (although Platinum members are not charged until we find a match!), but if a match isn’t found or accepted, the Exchange Fee is fully refundable¹!

¹ The current RCI Exchange Fee is required to set up an Ongoing Search. The Exchange Fee may be refundable if no match is found, provided you are otherwise in full compliance with all applicable exchange program requirements.
