Nashville Beyond Broadway

By Daniel Betancourt

Nashville is second to none when it comes to live music and entertainment. And while the Music City is famous for its saloons and honkytonks, there’s more to explore beyond the bars of Broadway. Discover a variety of activities in and around Nashville with this travel guide.

Opened in 1859, the Tennessee State Capital Building is one of only 12 state capitals in America without a dome. It’s also the final resting place of two former U.S. presidents. Centrally located in Downtown Nashville, the National Historic Landmark features 45-minute guided tours Monday through Friday.
