To help you manage all your holiday bookings, 'My Holiday Plans' section has been designed to make things easy for you.
You can access your 'Confirmed' holidays, reservations that have been put 'On Hold', 'Ongoing Searches' and bookings and all your 'Holiday History' from the past 2 years by clicking on 'TRIPS' from the top menu.
On Hold
You can place selected Exchange and Extra Holidays 'on hold' for a period of 24 hours before confirming your reservation and paying, if your booking is 60 days or more from today's start date. Any held holidays not yet confirmed are regarded as being 'On Hold.' You can view, confirm or release your held reservations in this section, by selecting the relevant option. If you're ready to confirm, select 'CONFIRM RESERVATION' and follow the payment steps.
To cancel any held holidays but not confirmed bookings, select 'RELEASE RESERVATION.' If you do not release your holiday on hold, this will be done automatically by us after the next working day or 24 hours from holding.
Ongoing Searches
If you can’t find the Exchange Holiday you’re looking for, opening an Ongoing Search means we search on your behalf, using your preferences.
From here, any Ongoing Searches you have already set up, you can 'CANCEL SEARCH' or 'MODIFY SEARCH CRITERIA' by selecting the appropriate action button.
Confirmed
View and print your Confirmed Exchange holidays from here. Should your holiday plans change, and you are unable to go, you can send someone on a your already booked holiday instead of yourself by selecting the 'Create Guest Certificate' link.
You can request an upgrade to your current Exchange Holiday booking by selecting the 'Create Request' link under 'Upgrades & Changes' if applicable. Should you have the unfortunate need arise to have to cancel your holiday, you will be able to do so from here by selecting the 'Cancel Reservation' link below the Exchange Details of your confirmed holiday.
Holiday History
From here you can view all your holidays booked through RCI. You can also use this section to find a past holiday and 'WRITE A REVIEW' from here.
